I was in a car accident while on AD i was back home when i got into the car wreck does this count for service connected? Ever since that car accident my back been bad and had bad whiplash as well. Never submitted a claim as a secondary. I have been approved for 10% tinnitus and want to add migraines. Due to the stigma dont go to sick call i dont have these in my records but i have been to combat iraq twice would a personal statement or buddy letter be enough or would i need a diagnose as well from a Dr ? Would the C& P examiner be enough to diagnose me for migraines????? Thank you!!!!! 🙏

So for #3 Pact act breathing i was in iraq twice and Kuwait twice 2006 to 2008 and 2009 to 2010 i just got approved for Asthma under Tera but only 10% can i also claim chronic bronchitis and chronic sinusitis as well and get approved automatically? My time in the Marines was 78-82, before the pact act but I was stationed at El Toro which has been listed as an EPA Superfund site since the 90's and I was in the most contaminated hangar on the base, exposed to Jet fuel and TCE on a daily basis. So how do you get from 80 to 100 it’s been a 8 yr battle no dental you have to be total or unable to work, so I quess you have to wait for your dental problems to affect other issues before they see your dental problems caused other health issues so how does that helps the vet? This is something that really needs to be looked into if it hasn’t already and probably has with no positive results, I’m sure it will change at some point when enough vets are dead from issues that came from dental problems.

On top of that having all the medical evidence and a nexus on record is great but none of it matters. Denial is standard and a lot of times they just don't want to recognize or pay for treatment. VSO’s Never really helped me, they delayed me. It wasn’t until I got educated and learned what I REALLY needed to do, to become successful in the process. I used them last go, just to have access to VBMS if I needed to see something. Went from 50% to 90% doing the work needed myself. I hurt my back and complained to the hospital got a shot of anti-inflammatory steroid and I was good as new. My visit to the hospital can not be found in my medical record. Fast forward to 10 years ago, well out of the Navy and I have been fighting since.

As of today all of my pact and half of my gulf war claims were accepted.... at ZERO percent. Not sure how a chronic condition, that has been documented for over 2 decades, and is now life threatening, isn't an issue. Every single vet would get better care and better compensation by simply going south, crossing the rio grand, and the turning 180 and saying yes, I want free stuff in that country over there ( pointing at the US. )

I got 10% for GERD approved June 2024. I filed HLR for errors on DBQ, I should have been 60%. I have my C File so I know they made errors for checking off symptoms on DBQ. I’m still waiting for informal conference call.
